November 2026 edition

A concise, human-reviewed monthly read on the structural shifts changing how Financial Services markets move.

OvationCXM’s 2026 survey of 522 U.S. finance leaders found most would allow agents to act if secure and compliant, would pay banks for that connectivity, and already factor agentic capability into choosing or expanding a relationship. Fed Governor Christopher Waller makes the same point from the payments side: B2B purchasing already runs on approved suppliers, budgets and recurring patterns.

Sellers who cannot show governed permissions, audit trails and override controls are selling to a workflow that no longer starts with a human login.

Your buying audience now includes software evaluating you on machine-readable evidence. Product pages, API documentation and pricing logic need to be findable and interpretable by an agent, not just persuasive to a person. Lead with the governance story — permissions, audit trails, human override — in the pitch itself, not buried in a security appendix, because that proof is now part of the product evaluation. Sales enablement should arm champions with a controls checklist their risk team can sign off on quickly. If an agent cannot verify you, a human champion may never get the chance to.

Increasing B2B Sales by Increasing Sellers

A provider of merchant-acquiring services, delivering integrated payment processing to more than one million merchants. To grow channel sales, Red House built a two-pronged reseller program — high-impact lead generation for high-potential prospects, and a reach-and-frequency program for the rest.

Outcome 10% average response across all tactics — 79 marketing qualified leads and 15 new resellers onboarded. The program was instituted as a bi-annual recruiting program.

Cross-Selling Payment Solutions

A global provider of credit card processing solutions to financial institutions needed to expand sales beyond its core offering — cross-selling a payment solution that helped banks offer customers more ways to pay, aimed at decision-makers in lending, risk, collections, bad debt and cards at the top 30 banks in North America. Red House built a targeted, multi-channel campaign around a clear promise — put your institution in a better position to capture more revenue — with visuals of grizzlies positioned to catch spawning salmon, a white paper, an article and a gift card sweepstakes.

Outcome A 50% response rate from top banks, resulting in several sales meetings — and a 15% response rate among target prospects, with 19% response on white paper downloads and 9% on article downloads.

Q&A

Questions, answered.

It helps financial firms sell to other businesses and institutions — banks, fintechs, insurers, investment and wealth firms — through positioning, demand generation, account-based marketing and content. The audience is a buying committee weighing risk and regulation, not a consumer choosing a product.
