Our client provides medical-surgical supplies and equipment to physicians, home care agencies, long-term care and surgery centers. Their lines include 150,000 national brand products, from bandages to exam tables, plus their own line of high-quality medical-surgical products. While they have a large customer base, they were challenged with getting enough offers out the door to capitalize on their base.They needed a solution that would increase the amount of communication sent out, while decreasing the time to do so.

SOLUTION

The strategy was a combination of technology and workflow as a basis for organizing and managing their promotions for product introductions, specials, offers, webinars, news and events.

RESULTS
